Five questions you'd like to ask the candidates - I need your feedback
I am going to send an email by Friday to all of the Progressive candidates for Congress and Senate with five questions. I will then compare the answers to those questions (one question at a time) from all of the candidates on five separate posts.
I need your help.
Two of them should be on national issues and three on issues related to Alaska. I have a list of a ton of questions but I need to narrow them down. If you guys tell me what questions you want asked it would help.

Instead of asking standard issue questions, ask stuff that nobody else will.
A Really General Question About Technology and The Future:
Technology has transformed human civilization, providing miraculous solutions to many of the problems faced by humanity and simultaneously raising previously unimaginable existential threats. In a world where technological development is accelerating to the point where much of society is having trouble keeping pace with the change, what is your vision of future possibilities, and what course should be charted to navigate them?
Democracy:
Do you believe that the for-profit media's current role in framing issues and shaping public opinion is counterproductive to lucid representative democracy, and if so, what can be done to counter the this without violating essential press and speech freedoms?
Represent!
When faced with a clear conflict between your own principles and those of a large majority of Alaskans, which would you follow?
